Shipments are made by express couriers throughout Europe. Delivery times vary according to the type of products ordered and availability in stock.

If you do not receive the package on time, contact us reporting the problem. To make sure you receive what you ordered in the shortest possible time, we invite you to follow the following advice:

  • indicates an address where someone is always present to receive the package;
  • the surname indicated must correspond to the one on the doorbell. In fact, if the courier does not find the name, he sends the package back to the sender as an "unknown address";
  • add your telephone number to your data;
  • always add the zip code.

In the case of purchase by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment for your order.

MITAL SNC has the right to choose the courier without derogating from the previous conditions. There are no refunds, damages or indemnities for any delays in the delivery of the goods.

Together with the products, their containers and packing materials are definitively sold at the price and conditions agreed upon at the time of shipment. The user of the product is responsible for the collection and disposal of empty containers and/or semi-finished products in all their phases, as required by Presidential Decree n. 915/1982.

Upon receipt of the parcel

In order to make our service more efficient, please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is not perfectly intact, collect it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery note, clearly affix the words " RECEIVED WITH RESERVE DAMAGED PACKAGE ". Any communications of anomalies or breakages must then be communicated via email together with photographs of the damage found no later than 2/3 days from receipt of the goods. If the package is seriously damaged in such a way as to have certainly also caused damage to the internal contents, reject the goods clearly asking to always put the wording " REFUSED GOODS DAMAGED PACKAGE " on the packing slip. The invoice or order receipt inserted inside the package should be considered a valid document for the guarantee.
