Secure payment

MITAL snc, for orders placed through the site, accepts payments only by bank transfer and PayPal for credit cards, prepaid cards and installments.

- In case of purchase by bank transfer , the product will be shipped once the credit has been received on the current account. If the payment does not arrive within 7 working days from the date of the order, MITAL snc will cancel the order. To speed up the order fulfillment it is essential that the Customer indicates in the reason for the transfer :

• the order reference number;
• the date of placing the order;
• name and surname of the order holder.

- In case of purchase with PayPal , there is no additional charge for each order. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay safely, simply and quickly and opening a PayPal account is free. PayPal has created a secure system to allow every virtual shop to accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura and Discover credit cards, in a simple, fast and secure way, allowing the purchase to any cardholder without requiring software installation or downloading forms from the Internet. By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment. Your financial data will not be shared with MITAL snc but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by MITAL snc, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. MITAL snc will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the reimbursement phase.
